Holtye Golf Club
We have set up the Holtye Development Fund as a private lottery to help the Club fund additional expenditures. We have allocated a membership
number of each entrant, and a member may have more than one entry.
The subscription is £5 per month. Subscriptions have been taken from January to May 2025. When renewing their membership, members will be asked
if they wish to join for the 12 months from June 2025 to May 2026.
To enter the draws, the members must be fully paid. Draws will take place on the last Friday of each month.
The prizes will be awarded as follows:
Each month - one £100, £50 and £25
Mid-year - one £200
End of Year - one £200
Full details of the club's running can be found below.
You can join by applying and paying at the Lilliput Bar via Julian or Michaela.
You can also email lilliput.clubhouse@outlook.com confirming your willingness for your Holtye account to be debited.

The Holtye Development Fund (HDF) is overseen by a Development Committee consisting of Adrian Lewis, Russell Walters, and Rupert Hunter. It is their
responsibility to ensure that funds raised, other than those used to pay prizes, are used for the benefit of all members and is primarily spent on luxuries, which
the Club would not usually buy.
The monthly prize draw is completed by Julian Dedman, who also arranges for the winners to receive their winnings via their club accounts and updates the
board between the two changing rooms to notify all HDF Club members of the draw results. The Holtye website will publish the results, and
winners will be emailed.
Adrian Lewis is responsible for the accounts generated by the HDF Club. He posts the income and expenditure of the HDF funds at the end of each financial
year, in line with the Holtye Golf Club accounts, on the notice board between the two changing rooms. Adrian Lewis and Russell Walters make up the
Committee who meet when funds are available to discuss how they should be allocated for the good of the Club as a whole. The deliberations of this group
have to be approved by the Club’s Management Committee.
